The project Hotel Boutique Plaza Sucre, reconstructed in a house that has more of 200 years and that forms a part of the inventory of the Illustrious Municipality of Quito as part of the Cultural Patrimony of the Humanity.

PRECEDENTS

The project Hotel Boutique Plaza Sucre was born in the year 2.005, with the restoration of a house from  the colonial and republican epoch and 18th and 19th century; to give national tourist and foreign tourist a touch of our cultural identity being a part of the Historical Center of   San Francisco of Quito named by the UNESCO as Cultural Patrimony of the Humanity. Our Hotel has a capacity of 25 rooms,  counting on single, double, triple rooms  an all of them expressing a unique environment of peace, harmony and tranquility.Inside, at the front lobby you will be able to appreciate carved columns of stone from the colonial era, ideally for exhibitions of art: as oil paintings of different contemporary painters. Our business center "Tarqui" is combined with a living room where you can relax and read a book or maybe plan excursions for the next day while you are having a cup of coffee. Our bar and restaurant "El Panecillo" offer a panoramic view of the panecillo; the Church of Santo Domingo, the domes and their surroundings, a glance of the history, beauty and Ecuadoran culture while tasting our local and international dishes.                                                       

 ANTECEDENTES 

 El proyecto Hotel Boutique Plaza Sucre nace en el año 2.005, con la restauraciòn de una casa de la epoca colonial y republicana de los siglos XVIII y XIX;    Para dar a conocer al turista nacional y extranjero parte de nuestra identidad cultural siendo este un bien que forma parte del Centro Histórico de San Francisco de Quito denominado por la UNESCO como Patrimonio Cultural de la Humanidad. Dentro de nuestro Hotel Ud. podrá apreciar en la parte frontal el lobby que posee columnas de piedra talladas originales de la época, ideal para exhibiciones de arte: como oleos de diferentes pintores contemporaneos, en la parte posterior se ubica la sala de lectura y bussiness center "Tarqui".  El Hotel  tiene capacidad para 70 personas distribuido en 25 habitaciones  simples, dobles, triples, suites, y business suites, expresando en cada una de ellas un ambiente acogedor de paz, armonia, y tranquilidad.  Otro de nuestros servicios es el bar cafetería que posee una vista panoramica al panecillo, a la iglesia a Santo Domingo, a las cúpulas de sus alrededores, difundiendo con este mirador la historia, belleza, y cultura ecuatoriana, así como para degustar de platos típicos e internacionales.
